At Boatsmart Shop, we aim to dispatch your order quickly and securely, ensuring your marine parts and accessories arrive in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Where items are in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods or for special-order items, processing times may be longer.

If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout:

  • Mainland United Kingdom

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands (additional delivery charges or extended delivery times may apply)

  • Isle of Wight

  • Northern Ireland (where available)

  • Selected offshore locations

If you require delivery outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Services

We use reputable courier and pallet delivery networks depending on the size, weight and value of your order.

Products may be delivered by:

  • Parcel courier

  • Tracked courier service

  • Pallet delivery

  • Specialist freight carrier

A signature may be required upon delivery.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Delivery postcode

  • Parcel size and weight

  • Number of items ordered

  • Delivery service selected

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before payment is completed.

Oversized & Heavy Items

Items such as:

  • Boat trailers

  • Outboard engines

  • Large boat covers

  • Rigid ladders

  • Bulky marine equipment

may require pallet or specialist delivery.

These deliveries may:

  • Require someone to be available to receive the goods.

  • Be delivered by appointment.

  • Take longer than standard parcel deliveries.

Split Deliveries

Where your order contains products from different suppliers or warehouses, we may dispatch items separately to avoid unnecessary delays.

You will not be charged additional shipping costs for split deliveries unless agreed in advance.

Delivery Inspections

Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible after it arrives.

If the packaging is visibly damaged:

  • Note the damage when signing for the delivery where possible.

  • Take photographs before opening the package.

  • Contact us promptly if any items are missing or damaged.

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us before fitting or using the product.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • Nobody is available to receive the goods.

  • The delivery address is incorrect.

  • Access restrictions prevent delivery.

Click & Collect

Where available, selected products may be collected from our premises.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Please bring your order confirmation and a valid form of identification when collecting.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs charges

  • Local taxes

  • Clearance fees

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to events outside our reasonable control, including:
